HealthMatrix

2-D Matrix monitoring software. simple to install, simple to use.

Currently a little beta, and needs more documentation.

Dependencies:

• IPC::Open3
• Symbol
• Fcntl
• DBIx::Simple (and therefor DBI)
• DBD for either sqllite3 or MySQL
• Proc::Wait3
• Parallel::Prefork

Short short howto:

HealthMatrix example, code edit

• unpack and install the perl module
• unpack the binary tarbal and follow the instructions in ‘INSTALL’
• create a mysql database with a user
• modify the hmatrix.conf to fit your needs (and your database user)
• make atleast 1 matrix table (with hmktable)
• embed/symlink the apache config or make your own.
• Run ‘hmexecd’
• if you want mail, either run the hmailer in one of the cells or in a crontab.
